Change is a process, a step by step way through which something becomes different.
It goes through planning, procedure, decisions, implementations, development, and influence. Without any one of these steps, the real results can not be acquired.
Change is a deep word. It covers many schools of thought. It is not something abstract. It covers many difficult approaches to be well handled.
Change is not what we see, change is how actually we perceive it. It is all about the matter of perception. Some people take it in a negative way and do not accept it, while the rest of them warm-heartedly welcomes that change. It is not something how it seems, it is something that comes along with it. Either it is in a positive way or negative.
We need change when we get stuck in a routine way of living. Even in any industry, the management brings new reforms, new projects, new offers, new advancements, and new policies. We all have to go through this process. Why do we want this change in living style? Why do we have a craving to do something different? It is just because we are human, and being a human it is the demand of human psychology to get new advancement, whether it would be in fashion, food, residence, nature, standards, manners, norms, values or anything.
Transformation brings fruitful results if it is being done in a positive way. For growth, change is necessary. It can be uncomfortable to get out of routine, but it can give you more experience in life. Taking a risk in life is crucial. Whatever would be the results, you learn a lot. And at the end of the day, it transforms you in a good way.

Rob Siltanen quoted:
“Here's to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They're not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can't do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.”

Society does not accept such people. But the truth is, they are the ones who can bring true development, real transformation and positive change in the world.
In short: Nothing would be changed if nothing changes. Try to come out of your comfort zone. Try new things. Think out of the box. Leave the orthodox mindsets. It will teach you a lot.
